• Cosevu is not liable for damages resulting from weather forecast inaccuracies

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosevu shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to plant damage, water waste, property damage, or financial losses resulting from system malfunction, weather forecast errors, power outages, internet connectivity issues, or user error. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the preceding twelve months.

Service fees, subscription plans, and payment terms will be clearly communicated during the registration process. Users agree to pay all applicable fees on time. Cosevu reserves the right to modify pricing with thirty (30) days advance notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
